Found the most interesting genealogy writeup in "How Stuff Works. " Since I do quite a bit of the genealogy at our library for patrons, I have used ancestry.com, our state Historical Society, the Salt Lake City Family History and at my home for our family history in the data base of Roots Magic program.
Our library has most of the newspapers from about 1862 on and are used frequently by visitors to our state and from people in our own county. Noticed that geni is mentioned in our sites also, and plan to check that out too.
